• Tone generator that can generate reference tones over a note-range of 3 octaves.
• Ability to set the frequency of A₄ (for tunings where A₄ is not 440 hertz).
• Option to set detection latency - By setting a lower latency value, pitch detection will be faster. This works great for cases like vocal practice. By using a higher latency, pitch detection will not respond to momentary unintended sounds and noise (works great for instrument tuning).

I recommend it to All the musicians in my orchestra because the green background (symbol for ok) makes it easy to check even more than 1 string at a time.
As a tenor, I can drop these notes an octave (adjusts up, too), and find my note. Plug in the earphone and its not a distraction.
This is by far the best tuner app I have come across, and I have been though a lot of them. 10/10, get it
Out of the 6 or 7 free tuners I tried I found this to be the most responsive and accurate. Try it... Youll like it.

I have used this app for a while now and have tuned my 12 string and 6 string guitar with it and I have gotten perfect tuning every time! I suggest this app to any musician with any instrument!
guys this is extremally simple and cool tuner. at least it was. i dont know was this kind of bug but in previous version you could slide from the note to make it play continuously therefore use like both hands to tune your instrument. now it is necessary to hold it in order to get continuous sound. please guys fix it to the way it was before :(

Cant test this App - it crashes while starting.

For those of you about to buy,dont waste your time UNLESS you are a person who likes to tune by ear,i prefer to have a proper (virtual) tuner.all this app is is u tap the key of your instrument and it plays the sound.
Worst app ever now my instrument is even more out of tune then before!
I do one single note on my instrument and the tuner is all over the place. It cannot pick up notes
This app is a direct clone of the app "Tunable". Unfortunate that developers would copy other apps almost pixel for pixel.
You need to hold down the key to play a note. How do you tune your instrument with one hand?
